This is a votive candleholder I made for my father- and mother-in-law for their 50th wedding
anniversary in November 2007.

I found a simple, short, straight-sided glass at a thrift shop and covered it with tubular peyote stitch
using #11 silver-lined light topaz and red Czechoslovakian seed beads, stitched with Nymo thread.

Their initials...J and F...and the hearts I just free-form stitched.  The beaded cover removes easily
for cleaning the glass.

My mother-in-law assured me that the beaded cover itself was easy to clean when hot wax was
accidently spilled on it after their very naughty cat jumped on the counter and kicked it over.
