"TRILLIUM" NECKLACE

I found this interesting pendant at Seattle's Pike Place Market.
Somewhere I have information about the artist and will include it
here when I locate it.

For this particular pendant, the artist pressed flower petals and
ferns then arranged them between to small pieces of faceted
glass, enclosing it all with metal.  To me the resulting flower
looks like a trillium.

This was a simple bead stringing project using beads from my
Beads of Mystery stash; some are glass, others are metal or
metallic glass.  The black and olive green cylinders are ceramic.

The wooden beads are sandalwood and, when newly-
purchased, actually had a lovely fragrance which is gone now.

The two beads near the pendant are Czech pressed-glass
tulips from the Salem, Oregon Craft Warehouse.
